I just heard that this county in NC, which borders TN is closing all hotels, motels, cabins...etc. They are also closing Cherohala Skyway, US 129 & NC 28 at Deals Gap. Indefinite Closures! Looks like my May trip to Pigeon Forge could be cancelled. Anyone else have more information?

Certainly don't know why they would be closing the road? You may want to do a bit of further investigation. You see no mention of this anywhere.

Yes it’s true. This is from a friend of mine who lives beside the dragon.

I also have a trip planned for there in May.
