I left the Indian dealer (Lou Fusz Motorsports) in O'Fallon Illinois this morning. I learned they are being purchased by a Holshauser (big name locally) that owns Green Mount Harley Davidson and is the home of GMR Motorsports also. They are moving Indian into the same complex mentioned above. We will have Indian and H.D. along with Can-Am, KTM, Suzuki and others all in the same complex. Interesting times.

It does seem strange that there would be Indian and HD in the same store, but other power sport brands are combined at the same dealerships, so maybe it does make more sense. My go-to dealer sells multiple types of powersports equipment, but has a dedicated area of their huge store for the Indian motorcycles too (along with a dedicated Indian salesperson who is knowledgeable). I have purchased a can-am Spyder (wife), a couple of snowmobiles and my Indian, and have found them very easy to work with, along with great pricing. I think I am done with stand alone Indian dealerships at this point.
