Most likely no. The cast aluminum frame may have fractures that cannot be seen by the naked eye, besides all the other things that could be wrong.

Jeśli cena jest znacznie niższa od tego, co uważa się za „normalne”, mówię, idź. Przyjrzałbym się, jaki będzie koszt wymiany i naprawy części, które widzisz, że wymagają wymiany. Jeśli możesz wymienić i naprawić, a motocykl nadal będzie tańszy niż koszt zakupu takiego, który nie jest uszkodzony. To byłby dobry interes. Nawet gdybyś chciał go tylko sprzedać.

Wielu powie, żeby trzymać się od tego z daleka, ale mogą mieć luksus posiadania większego wyboru niż niektórzy w miejscach takich jak Polska. Jeśli jesteś mechanikiem i możesz dostać części, myślę, że będzie to dobra okazja. Jeśli żądają zbyt wiele i nie byłbyś w stanie zejść poniżej kosztów nieuszkodzonego ... to powiedziałbym, że tego unikaj.

If the price is way below what is considered "normal", I say go for it. I would look at what it will cost to replace and repair the parts you see need replacing. If you can replace and repair it and the bike will still be cheaper than the cost of buying one that is not damaged. It would be a good deal. Even if you just want to sell it. Many will say stay away from it, but they may have the luxury of having more choice than some in places like Poland. If you are a mechanic and can get parts I think this will be a good deal. If they're asking too much and you couldn't get below the cost of undamaged...then I'd say avoid it

As @Baron58 stated the cast aluminum frame would give me pause since it can hide fractures that may fail at the worst time.

Another concern here in the states that I'm not sure would be applicable in Poland is getting insurance if the title is salvaged.

Unless you've rebuilt a wrecked vehicle you may want to watch this series to see what Brandon Bicasso went through when he did it

That is a lot of damage and parts to buy, I'm near the end of rebuilding two 2021 Challenger Dark Horse.
with that much damage I would try to buy one of the flooded bikes form Florida with a Certificate of destruction.
all parts will work, engine and electronics may be suspect on the flooded bikes.

Since this is a discussion about rebuilding bikes, I am looking for Challenger fuel tank for a project. The tank can be damaged but not the top of it. I am checking eBay regularly but for now there are new tanks and ones with big dents and damage to the top. Are there any other sources of used parts besides eBay?
