I ran across this IndIan on Ebay and it looks like it is number 1901. It's not mentioned in the listing anywhere and they don't show a good picture of it. I tried to blow it up, but I ended up with a blurry picture..... I'm not buying it, but thought it would be pretty cool to have number 1901. Kinda like having number 1 (well almost)

never mind.. now I feel like an idiot, I was just in the garage and looked at the number badge on my bike and realized that it has the 1901 on the horn cover as well, and the number (1368) in smaller writing underneath of it. I think the 1901 on the horn cover just signifies that the bike is one of the numbered addition bikes of the first 1901 built.

Unless, did all of the 2014 Indians have 1901 on the horn cover, while just the numbered ones had something below it? Here is a picture of my horn cover.

And just think, you could have corrected your mistake and/or deleted the entire thread, and we'd all still think you was smart.:eek::D

I would have done that if I was smart enough to figure out how to delete the thread once it's started lol

#1368 .. lol

FIRST 1901 (2014 models) in the US were badged with a number like this. pure marketing. But, it got some folks like me off the sidelines, along with a five year warranty.
