How long before we can see a bunch of Indians waiting on buyers in showrooms?
Don't hold your breath. Polaris does not release sales numbers. I'm sure the closest you'll get to an answer is that everything is going well and exceeding expectations.19589 said:i think it will be longer, I ordered a new Chieftain in Montreal on October 5th, and am expecting delivery in January, I was # 20 on the list, and I think they have delivered 8 bikes so far, so I think Indian may still be busy filling orders, I would be suprised if there is much inventory at dealers before Feb-March. be interesting to see what thier total sales for 2013 will be and how it matches up with Indians expectations....

I have around 45 minutes of saddle time in the 3 models and I liked them, a LOT. Not enough to plunk down the money but not because I don't have faith in the product but I'm got some expensive home remodeling going on right now(windows/siding and if the city approves an extra 15' of garage space). Just don't have the cash for it right now.
I only paid a deposit when I ordered my bike. My financing didn't take place until I picked up the bike, and gave the dealership the check from my bank.11222 said:Just curious? For those who have purchased an Indian, and financed it, how does it work with a bike you order now but wont arrive in 2-3 months?
