So, the other day my horn fell off. Somehow the bolt came loose and I heard the horn dragging on the ground. Luckily the wires held on, and the horn still works after a couple of miles on the freeway. The bolt being missing, I can't bring the whole bike into the hardware store to match up bolt size/ thread pattern. I was just wondering if anybody knows off hand what size bolt I need to reattach the horn, before I go in and blow 5 bucks on different sized bolts to find out

My OEM horn has the bolt stud attached to it, no way to fall off.
Were you talking about the nut instead?

I replaced that horn with the Denali Soundbomb Mini.
It looks like it might be an M5 x 0.8
Sorry. Forget that size, realized I have some screws/bolts that size and the nut is larger.

Definite improvement over OEM! Although I’m sure it still pales in comparison to their airhorn version.

My install didn’t go without a hitch however, tested OK at first and then failed to make a sound on the first ride.
I had to remove it and use the adjustment screw until I got it making a sound again. Been perfectly OK ever since. No idea what happened.
