Do the low bars on the 2014 make it harder to ride? Also, if I purchased an older Scout would it behoove me to raise the bars, or is it just personal preference?
Everything on a bike is personal preference. You have to get on it....ride it...and then determine what feels good to you. I have yet to see a bike....any bike...stay fully factory. Something has to change.
