I have Indian Scout Bobber ABS 2023, black smoke, ran just 300miles now want to ride more, I want to install new handlebars since I have to reach now way forward, I want something that I can sit upright instead of leaning so much further back.
I need help in purchasing the handlebars, most of the indian ape bars are discontinued, which handlebars with the maximum height I can install without changing the brake cable, I am ok to change the clutch cable, I came across:

and some other no brand:

which is the best size 6 inch or 8inch in this case? I will be doing it by myself where I wont be needing to replace the brake cable

Bite the bullet and do the brake cable if that's what it takes to get the bars that fit best. I don't like bleeding brakes, but I do it when necessary. Indian has 8 & 10" as far as I know and aftermarket has taller. I have 10" apes with 3.5" moto risers. I'm 6' 1" and they're just right.

Look up FMB choppers. I got a set of bars custom made with 8” rise. This was in 2019 when the Indian bobber Matt finish bikes were first coming around. There were earlier models but in 2019 things got simpler with extended break lines. In that year model they put a fitting up under the left side of the tank. It eliminates extended lines on 8” bars. Best of luck, Matt Bars on a Matt finished bike look way better then gloss bars. Not sure what you have.

ok I will call them tomorrow, I will take your words and I order it from FMS choppers 10inch on my IBS model, BTW did you reroute the brake cable, would really appreciate if you can just take a close up photos of the brake cable alighment that will be helpful in case I get lost routing

No need to re-route the brake cable, just take the brake off as normal when changing bars, try to make sure you set it somehow so that its somewhat level and doesn't leak, don't let it just dangle. Pop it back on once new bars are on. If it's your first time changing bars (it was mine as well) there are a ton of YouTube vids you can google to give you a good idea of what you're doing.
