I got the new scout on the 27th and put 150 miles on it on the 28th.
What a great bike even with the throttle restrictions I can tell this thing has some beans.
The shocks seemed fine to me till I hit some broken pavement.
I may be updating this on the bike.

Ps: the bike is thunder black smoke with the tan seat.

Welcome to the Indian family. With the reasonable cost of the Scout suspension upgrades shouldn't break you up. That is the weak link of an otherwise fine machine.

Heading down the road with my pickup this weekend to pick up my new Scout. I sure hope it's going to be good weather on Sunday or I am going to get wet or snowy and she's going to get dirty! Congratulations on your Scout

Welcome. My red Scout was born a year ago on 2/26/15. 4500 miles later and all smiles.

Welcome from Colorado, where we are grateful for global warming this month because we can ride

Enjoy reading all the wonderful things you can do to improve the bike - new pipes (many choices), Trask air filter (best $ spent for performance), Dobeck EJK, shocks, perhaps a new seat, saddlebags, etc o_O

Welcome from AZ - just finished a 700+ trip to the southern part of our state. It was beautiful riding and it will be no time and you will be needing your first oil change!
