The Polaris survey sent to me got filled out and will get sent out in the mail tomorrow. Even though I like my dealer, I did discount some points on my observances on a service on my bike, and also for the setup before delivery. Just be honest.

Yup, that's the way i would play it. straight down the middle.

I guess I have a good dealer. I don't really know, don't spend any time there.
Seems like they have done well by me when I did have to go back.

Well i received an Indian belt buckle in the mail yesterday. I attempted to fill out the Polaris survey on line. However there was a message that said the survey could not be filled put as the time had expired!
ya think Polaris would want more customer opinions to either keep up the great work or address any concerns that may be present!

I have heard of car owners who didn't give their dealers perfect marks all around on a survey and were not welcome back again for any service work....
