I would like to give some love to @CraigB1960 and fuelmoto. I put some go fast parts on my Chieftain last week. Added Indian stage 2 cams to go with the zombies and wimmer I already had.. Sent the stock file off to fuelmoto last night and got a pair of tunes to try right away this morning. When I got home from work today I loaded the tunes onto the PV3. Went to load the tune to the bike and something went hay wire in the pv3. Was only showing the stock file on the flash tune. Something was wrong because I had a previous fuelmoto tune and about a 100 dynojet tunes still showing when hooked to a computer.. I emailed Craig at about 630 thinking he would just get back to me Monday. About 5 minutes later he emailed me back. There wasn't anything wrong with the tunes he gave me it was something wrong with the PV3. After about an 1hr and a half of email exchanges we got it figured out.. it turns out the memory got scrambled somehow, so I reformatted the pv3 to erase everything and start over. I reloaded the stock file and the tunes Craig gave me. Hooked it back up to the scoot and it was all better. Point is, its Friday night and after hours but fuelmoto(CraigB1960) helped me out anyways.. Highly recommend.

Besides their tunes rip, so that should be enough reason to buy from them, on top of their outstanding customer service.

CraigB has been helping me with some fine tuning I asked him about, although I’ll have to wait till spring to continue. I’m not the most tech savvy on computers, Craig outlined the step by step what I needed to do. Worked out well. He has the patience of a saint! Can’t thank him enough.

I agree, CraigB Stage 2 tunes rip, my Chieftain runs so very strong, smooth, and cool, he was a great help sorting out what complete exhaust system would work best for what I was trying to accomplish, and saved me many hundreds of dollars by getting the right system the first time, CraigB1960 rocks!

I haven't work with Craig (yet) since I registered back in early 2016, but I read and follow his threads.....and he most certainly has a clue about the electronics/mechanics of our (TS 111) bikes and compliments that with stellar and outstanding customer service. Just patiently waiting for him to buy and break into some go-fast tunes for the Challenger riders.......then we'll really get him some kudos!!!!!!!!!!;)

There are tunes and then there are CraigB tunes. Without a doubt, Craig's tunes provide for a ride with the smoothest powerband curves with pleasant and predictable responses, and an overall assurance that your engine will only benefit because of his time and experience in providing optimum tuning for our bikes. Friendly, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He is... without exception.... a motorcycle legend. Anyone who runs one of his tunes or has had the pleasure to communicate with him will surely agree.

I’ve worked with Craig tuning my RM with ARTS and from his first tune I was impressed with how timely he responded with new tunes or answers to my questions. We got to a point where he could continue to try and tune out my clack but at a loss in performance (I chose to stay where we were at as I was happier with the performance). This winter while snow birding in Yuma I contacted Craig and asked him if I could ride over to Tucson and have him ride my bike and see what he thought (try to tune out the noise or leave it alone). Craig was so accommodating and I met him at his house. We went for a ride (Craig on my bike, and me following on his). I was so impressed with his RM with the stage 3 cams, much quieter engine, much better performance, and I loved the DynoJet Quickshifter! After returning to Craig’s house he confirmed what I had feared, there was no tuning that could fix the engine noise or recent loss of fuel economy. He showed me his cracked intake manifold adapters he had removed and replaced on his RM and figured that was probably what was wrong with my bike too. He recommended I contact Indian V-Twin Performance in Phoenix and discuss with Jeff rebuilding my engine. Craig was so helpful and knowledgeable about performance upgrades and I was so appreciative of Craig’s insight, knowledge and expertise! I can’t thank you enough Craig! You are a wonderful ambassador for Fuel Moto and to Indian motorcycle owners! Keep up the great work!
ps. I look forward to riding my 120 Stroker tuned by you and Jeff!

I purchased two Dynojet PV3’s from Fuel Moto for both of our 2018 Chieftain’s and CraigB1960 sent me the tunes I needed on a Saturday morning. After back and forth email’s Craig noticed the Dynojet PV3 needed to be updated and had me perform that update before I flashed the bikes. His patience, knowledge and professionalism are greatly appreciated and I look forward to checking out both tunes and letting him know the one that works best for both bikes. So far the first one is so much better then stock I can’t imagine how the second Tune could be any better! Tip of the cap to Craig, thank you Sir.
