anyone out there have these on their Scout ? Not over excessively loud ? Thinking of these or Aeromach mufflers. Opinions ?

I have listened to almost but not quite every exhaust for the Scout on my computer speakers (which have a subwoofer) and the Aeromach is just a tad louder than the Stage One mufflers. They are a lot quieter than everything else I've listened to for the Scout. That being said I haven't yet heard the Freedom slip-ons .

Thanks -Not the one. Those Freedom mufflers sound good, low tone growl. If these are on your bike, do you have a way of recording how many DB of sound they put out ? Are they glass packed AND have a metal baffle ? Have you seen/listened to or know anyone with RCX mufflers ( what I have) to compare too ? Mine are just too loud, even with a set of dB killers I built and installed. It’s either Aeromach ( out of stock) or the Freedom mufflers. The Aeromach have cats in them ( removable) but if the DB level is close to the same for the Freedom 4” mufflers, I would rather buy them (available) now and cheaper. I need to leave my house early some days. I really don’t need to wake up everyone around me. Thanks for any feed back.

My actual dB meter is in storage. Sitting on the bike, using an app on my phone, reads just over 80 dB idling and jumps to 90 with some throttle (~33 before starting bike). Not familiar with 'glass packed.' Mine did not come with baffles and I don't know if they make them. See attached pic for internals.
They aren't the quietest, but I don't think they're too bad. I'd guess they are louder than Aeromach though. When I need to be quiet I'll coast (slight decline in the road from my house) to the end of the block before starting it. I've never heard any RCXs in person.

I tried using the app on my phone to compare db levels between stock and the dean speed rampage. Both registered 75db. No way Jose.

I'd be interested to see what actual decibel meter would say....
