That concept drawing was from 2017 and could very well represent the Victory model the PP108 was originally intended for. It still wouldn't surprise me to see a fork mounted fairing version as well as a non-fairing model with a windshield.

I have the Challenger Dark Horse but wake me up if they make a full fairing version.

I think this motor will be in all the big touring bikes in the near future.
