It is finished except that Motorcycles are like Paintings - you never really finish them
I have owned it for 3 years (still has 2 years of warranty left)
I have done some cool things to it:

Traxxion Dynamic front suspension
JRI Rear suspension
Michelin Power CMDR II tires
Indian Aftermarket Beach Bars
Aeromach crash bars / engine guards
Ozzorro in Australia: Retro Indian Horn Kit 30's Replica Horn Kit to fit Indian Scout
LED head light
LED Rizoma turn signals
LED Hyperlites
Bassani 2 into 1 Exhaust
EJK fuel controller
Corbin Solo Seat
Custom Tail Rack
Osprey saddle bags
Grifter license plate holder/box
two silver demon bells - two is always better than one when dealing with demons or gremlins or scout starter(s):(
330 CCA Mighty Max AGM "absorbed glass mat" Maint free Battery
Barnett Clutch Cable - with beach bars you need to ask for 1" longer cable.
Kuryakn pegs
OEM blacked out hand levers
Aeromach gold gas cap
Aeromach Indian head mirrors
Biltwell grips
Indian Aftermarket Speedo relocation kit - raised and moved forward 1.5"
custom oil temp gage / dip stick
Rekluse EXP Auto Clutch
PIngel Electric push button shifter
1901 penny on the rear fender :D

custom paint by Bruce Koch in Fort Walton Beach Florida.

The Scout is a wonderful machine - it's early versions needed a lot of help with suspension issues and starter problems etc... but IT IS a wonderful motorcycle. I went through lots of different versions of seats and windshields and decided no windshield was the best option for me.
My favorite forum vendor has been Indian After Market @Marcus - very responsive.

Nice job on #124. I've been following your mods from the beginning. Some I'm sure that I've stolen or will steal for #507. You're always informative and have a keen eye for form and performance . Keep on posting.

Rudy, the thread title had me worried for a second. I also have a First Run Scout and was pretty sure you had one also and I was hoping as I opened the thread that you weren't trying to sell it.
Instead it was a great informative update on your Scout. Whew!
Thanks for sharing.

I have a question about the horn. Do they ask if it needs to be 12 volt or 6 like some of the war bonnet fender light? Is it louder than the OEM horn?
