225 miles round trip today including the (new) mandatory stop for BBQ in Lexington, KY.

As a side note, the shirt I'm wearing is a roller derby tournament I officiated in from 2011 - The South Central Playoffs. It was in Kansas City, MO and appropriately called the "Show Me Der-B-Q."

Rode Sunday with 2 other Indian owners. I rode the '00 Chief, the wife rode her '16 HD. Met the other couples at Earl's in Sebastion, Florida. Rode back up north together stopping at the Legion just outside of Palm Bay. Got this pic while side by side.

Riding days are dwindling down for the year. It was chilly & foggy at Devils Tower Wy today. Hey no bugs though!!! Had to pass the time while these beef back ribs are bathing in smoke. The ones on the end are for the dogs.

You bet your bippy I rode today!! Why?? Cause the sun was shining,the sky was blue,and the temp was 75*,which is not bad for October here in New England!!

Kind of . Small problem on this morning's ride. Bike kept running, but I lost turn signals, cruise control., emergency flashers and some other things . We pulled over in Nashua, Iowa at the Casey's . I shut off the bike and then it would not start . I changed the fob battery and that did not help . Next I had to take off a lot of stuff to get to the seat to get to the battery . After I got it all apart my wife noticed the emergency flashers were now working . I then pushed the starter button and it fired right up . Mystery fix because I didn't touch anything. Put the seat back on the bike all the other parts . Got home just fine .
