Yes there is. My Scout was $200.00 more in Ca. due to the emissions crap on the bike.

This is excellent! I wish my RM had the warbonnet on it, I certainly would of gone that route as well as with the red and cream paint that was not available on the 2017 bikes. The extra emissions on the CA bikes plus I imagine the higher taxes might outweigh going there to get one.
