Just got the Ultimate seat installed and found out I can't use my Crotch Cooler I had purchased, is there a way we can get it to work?

There is a template now, or you can send it to them and they will cut it. I printed out the template. I messed up mine by reversing the template, my bad. So They made me this matching tank bib and crotch cooler. It looks great and matches my bike extremely well. Thanks and props to Isabel. They were great via both email and phone to work with.
