If you haven't already looked into USPS flat rate I'll need the dimensions of the seat. To compare, an estimated weight and your zip code would be appreciated.

Cost to ship from South Dakota (57718) to Alabama (35758) via USPS Ground was $17.06.
So if you estimate $20 that will probably get it anywhere in CONUS. If you want to PayPal me the cost of the seat and then transfer the shipping cost when I post a receipt for you, that would be fine by me.
One last note, please transfer the money via PayPal as "Send money to friends/family", or there's a fee assessed to me.

I meant to ask if you were including mounting hardware?
I would if I had any. You need 4 simple bolts (any sort will do) to marry the pillion to the underside of your solo and one larger one for the fender (easy stuff at your local hw store). @Blueshwk had some mismatched stuff in his garage that worked out well for me.
