Hello,

I have my CBDH 116 model of 2022 with 13500Km, and in the last rides that I take, i started to notice that when the bike is hot like this summer rides (or in the heavy traffic) and in low rotation/speed, like when the bike stops in a red light a Stop signal or a very close turn, and I put the 1st gear and start to move I hear a sound like a clank clank (the same when you are in a too high gear and in a low speed), then the bike starts moving and everything is fine ntil the next stop.

Is that a situation that anyone has been through??

Thanks in advance

Not me, but it could be something loose? Just the added torque of intial movement may cause a movement in the motor affect exhaust, etc. Just a thought. Maybe a friend could be beside you when you start out to see if they hear it. Do you feel it?

I dont think so, because it only happens when hot and like under 10 km/h right before the bike gains some velocity and I can stand without my feet on the ground. and I kind of feel it that the bike has not a smooth start of movement, normaly I have to pull the clutch lever a bit just to go smooth, after a few meters the bike starts to move normally.

Check your belt tension. Shifting performance when hot will also suffer a bit as the oil thins out more. If it feels like tension suddenly happens it's probably the belt being loose.
