Few days ago while on a ride, the check engine light came on but bike performed normally. After a while it turned off, and after that it would come on and off till the end of the ride. No change in sound or drivability.
The next day, the light was off but after a couple min ride came on again, and the bike hesitated a little, seemed to lose power, sounded harsh, and the light started blinking. Powered off the bike and restarted, light was on solid, and as driving back home it did the same thing and light started blinking. When I got home, I checked the code and it was 65590 7 (unidentified cylinder misfire). Last night reinstalled the Stock Indian tune, and cleared the codes through PVCX. The bike started and idled fine with no engine light, so I reinstalled the FM tune (which has been on my bike for a year so this has nothing to do with the FM tune), and it also sounded and idled ok.
I just took it for a ride hoping the problem has "vanished", and after a couple of minutes the bike sound changed, and it hesitated for a second and seemed to loose torque for a few seconds, check engine light started flashing. I eased off the throttle and turned around, bike went back to normal drivability but engine light still on. After another couple of minutes it did the same thing for a couple of seconds and back to normal. I just checked the code and it's 520333 FMI 2, which is Oxygen Sensor (pre) (Bank 2), FMI 2: Signal Fault.
Any ideas? Anything I can try on my own or is a dealer visit in my future?
I appreciate any input.
Thank you.
