Challenger w/Modem and Indian App Ride Command Issues

I am curious if anyone else is having issues with Ride Command App and their Challenger?

I have a 2023 Indian Challenger Elite. In my app the motorcycle shows up as a grayed out Roadmaster. Additionally, none of the bike information (the green rings) shows on the app; mileage, fuel level, oil, battery voltage etc.etc. My bike is logged in and synced to my Ride Command account. My iPhone is blue toothed to the bike. Additionally when I ride, the bike is logging the trips I ride into RideCommand. I can see the rides I've done both online at the website and the RC app.

Any ideas on why the bike information and a proper image of my bike isn't showing?

Thanks to all who help.

The app is pretty much junk. Never had success with it. My thought is it's just a waste of time. App connected and worked great and then it just stops and works in and out. My 2 cents.
I would try to delete the bike then add it back in. I’ve had no problems with the 2020 Chieftain Elite and my 2022 Pursuit

I had the same issue. Deleted and readded, no joy.
Having had the same issues, I setup a new account ( different email address) and used that for the ride command. Since then it has worked flawlessly. reenter the bikes vins etc and on the bike use the new account you setup. There is something within the Indian motorcycle internal accounts that may have affected your current account.
I deleted the app and reinstalled. Connected to the bike. App said new bike found, added; Same issue. It’s just buggy garbage.
Same problem with my 2023 elite, plus my audio goes out when using car play.
