I searched for some information on the Challenger mp3 player and didn't find anything. Does anyone know of a fix for the player so it does not always start on the first song after the engine has been shut off? Are there others having this same issue?

I have the same issue. I believe it's a software issue The only other way is to go to the music/player page and scroll to some other tune

Try using the shuffle. Seems like more often than not it doesn't start on the same song since I put that on.

For a known problem, why would they not fix the issue and then roll out an update?
In about 3 months I will try that.

Seems that way with most of this new ride command. They did this one on their own and it shows. And so far their "updates" have made little difference.
