Challenger GoPro mounting

I did a search and found a couple posts, but wanted to see how other Challenger riders are mounting their GoPro to the bike. I have a big ride coming up and want to be able to record it. Thinking mirror or clip on the fairing. Not crazy about the suction cup mounts on the windshield. (I worry about it coming off on a bump and losing the camera while chipping the paint).

There is a clap that is adjustable with rubber grips. I am able to mount on the engine guards, luggage rack or handle bars

For what it's worth I also have the Insta 360 camera, and made hours of beautiful 360 video on my 15 day trip through 7 states last summer. Mounted on the front bars, handlebars, saddlebag guards and on the top of my helmet. The mounting kit purchased separately gave me lots of mounting options and I tried to use all of them
