Hi everyone,

2021 Indian Challenger Dark Horse
Stage 1 Air Intake and oval exhausts
Lloydz Garage CRT-V1 tune

DynoJet results:
Max power = 109 hp
Max torque = 119

I'm not a motor guy, but doesn't that mean you lost performance after mods?

good numbers.. but.. my 14's 116 BB with 585s is 119hp / 139 tq. ... when I see some crazy number with the 108 via cams and/or BB with cams.. I may consider one. My HD FLTRX is 132hp/136tq with a JIMS120R. Stating these numbers simply as a baseline. The Pursuit has my attention... just looking for the 'next level' of power, if I open the checkbook for a new bike

The specs Indian has on the data sheet is at the crank. When you measure it at the wheel its going to be less than that.

Impressive numbers. Pursuit is really nice.
121hp, 118tq on an axis dyno with bone stock hardware and a Lloyd's flash. Only got the flash to clean up low speed throttle response. Factory power was fine with me.

If your checkbook is overfilled, you could easily get an S&S motor with close to 150hp to put in your Harley. A trask turbo could also put you over the top. It seems that you are like everybody else and you don't want an unstreetable problematic beast. That sort of thinking is why I bought the challenger.

Had mine on a dyno during Bike Week. Rear wheel numbers were:
HP = 121.7
TQ = 120.9
Has Tab slip ons with Zombie baffles, K&N drop in filter and Lloyd's Flash

That’s pretty decent at the tire for minimal mods.

Base run was with stock cam’s, rhinehart prototype true dual header and rhinehart mufflers with Lloyd’s flash.
2nd run is with Lloyd’s cams and custom tune and I added a k&n air filter.

The day I put that motor in the HD was ten years ago.... was going to go with the JIMS 131 or 135, but that wouldn't have been good for miles I was putting on it. Considered the Trask system in addition, but .... just didn't like the visuals of the entire package. At the time, I was still doing 1k mile days on it ... the 120R doesn't overheat and it's a beast, able to pull that front tire of that touring bike off the ground in the first three gears, etc, etc. My latest purchase is a mostly stock '21 Chieftain for long hauls. When the Challenger's 108 has more options out there than exist today .... I may go down that path next. I know they are producing some nice numbers with CAMs and Tunes...... but.... waiting for the next evolution ... probably a BB kit and wild CAMs combination .... with some level of reliability.. I'm patient :)

WOW.....134 HP and TQ!!!!!!!!!!! Is that Challenger or Chieftain?

Compared to yours, my stage 1 Challenger with Lloydz tune is underperforming then at 109 HP and 119 TQ !

Yes sir it’s my 2020 challenger. The prototype header that rhinehart made is awesome for tq and some hp gain. I was 116 hp and 130 tq stock with flash and exhaust. The cam’s make the tq almost flat as it’s over 120 tq from 2500 to 6000. To say it pulls like a freight train is a understatement. 80 to 120 is a quick twist of the throttle in 6th gear, or if you really want to fly drop 2 gears 😆. I have the sawicki full length 2 into 1 on order so I’ll see how it compares to the rhinehart I have now.

Impressive. Can you share the link to those Rinehart headers please? 2 to 1 is going to give you more power i beleive.

Rhinehart only built 2 of these prototypes, I have one and there is 1 more out there, so they aren’t made anymore unfortunately.

What a bummer!!!! 😩
