Some times my 2019 scout makes a crazy noise from the front brake when stopping hard. Not sure I have noticed it in the last few miles so maybe it was the pads seating in? Not sure if it’s normal or not.
Its vibration between the disk/pad/caliper interface. Its was worse for me with slight to moderate braking, not so much with hard braking. Not uncommon.
You have to remove the pads and coat the backside with CRC "Disk Brake Quiet". Let them sit overnight before reassembly. While you're at it, you should also lub up the caliper glide pins, etc., with a good synthetic, high-temperature disk brake lubricant. I was very happy with CRC "Silaramic Ceramic-Fortified Brake System Grease". DON'T GET IT ON THE PADS THEMSELVES!
This treatment lasted me about a year or two... its starting to come back now.
