Brake Bleed Complete, but....

Bled my 2015 Scout today. Front went great, but the rear was only OK. Has anyone else had some difficulty getting a complete bleed from the rear brake? Think it could be in part because it is horizontal, as opposed to vertical. Additionally, the rear has that "uphill" bit right by the caliper. On the plus side, I got rock hard lever/pedal when done. Anyone else have this? Thanks.

Others have also said the rear master cyl being low can be an issue. Ask one of your friends or relatives that may have a home w/an angled driveway. Take your stuff there. Put bike in gear w/front end upwards on the driveway, bleed, etc. just don’t spill brake fluid on their driveway.

The same question was asked a week or two ago. Apparently the dealer has some secret method or tool for the rear brake bleed but would not share it with the person who posted the question. There might be an update on that thread if you do a search of recent posts.
