While I am riding, my Indian Scout 2015 is just fine, the temperature is between 175F and 185F. However, is reaching high temperatures (over 215F) very quickly when I am sitting on the bike, even for one minute on a red light.

The fan turns on at 204F, oil and coolant levels are fine, so I am pretty sure that the issue is air in the cooling system. Besides a vacuum bleeder any suggestion on how to remove the air from the system?

Thank you for your help!

People have mentioned the Scout having a high point in a cooling hose under the tank which sometimes gets an airlock. You might have to go looking through earlier posts to find how they bled it out.
