I figured it would be nice to see when people are ordering bikes and how long it's taking. We do this kind of thing in the hellcat forums too, which is why I wonder why it hasn't been done? List your order dates and update your post if you get the bike delivered or receive an update.

Ordered:
Challenger Dark Horse Icon late April.
Edit: lol, dude at indian emailed me saying he talked to the floor and got them to bump my build up asap, because it was supposed to be prioritized under these circumstances. I told him, but it's supposed to ship by 4 days from now, 7/31.... how is it still sitting there unfinished.
Edit: Just changed to built with firm ship date.

I just spoke with the dealer, wanted to know about when my CDH would be delivered. His system says as of today (shipped the 22nd) it's in Minnesota in route to NC. In 3 days it went north one state. 😒

I know after waiting 12 weeks, a few more days is nothing, but I want it now! 🤣🤣

I just realized that I ordered it on May 4th, star wars day. I'm going to get black pipes. I am thinking I'm going to name her Vader.

LMAO! Funny enough, I'm riding it from NC to WV as soon as I get it (long story). By the time I get there, I will need the 500 mile service. I wouldn't complain if they took care of it before I even rode it! 🤣🤣
I made it about 40 miles doing the brake in procedure lol

Yeah....that's going to be tough to follow. I will do my best.

The only deviation that I would make is that at some point before the 500 mile break in service, I will want to really take the engine through it's paces. I've done that with all my bikes. Sort of adhere to the manufacturer's recs, but towards the end of the break in mileage, I want some full throttle, redline trips through the gears. Then we can change the oil and oil filter for the first time.

I don't want the first hard trip through the gears to be after the first oil change and then any debris can sit in there for another 4500 miles.

I honestly feel after the first Maybe 50-100 miles it doesn't matter...I would say avoid lugging the bike causing possible over fueling issues and you should be fine
Yea that video pretty much somes it up...his videos are pretty good and have a nice amount of humor to them
Uh guys? Is anyone else's order now back to "confirmed"?

Not yet, but thanks for the "heads-up"...now expecting it. LMAO Wow I'll be pushing 5months of waiting.
I am really trying to be positive here, but now not so much. My FTR Carbon had a built status since last week Friday with a ship date of 9/2.

Now it is showing as scheduled...I just sent them an email. I already have the VIN from the dealer so I am hoping this is a fat finger error....

If you have a VIN, you have a bike!

Thank You!

Some may find this hard to believe, but I just received a call from Polaris. I just sent the email inquiry about a few minutes before I made the post. The rep told me that the information on the site is glitchy from time to time. He apologized and let me know the bike is indeed built and it is currently being set up for transportation.

I told him to send me the survey so I can give him the highest rating possible.

So I actually ended up calling Indian to ask WTH was going on. I got an awesome girl this time and she transferred me to the usual guys. Well, as it turns out, he said my bike has been built and has a shipping date of 9/9. He said they are pretty solid at keeping those dates, so he doesn't expect delays there. He also mentioned that the online tracker must be updating with the info, but that everything looks good on his end. Apparently, orders placed even the very next day after mine (5/9) are not built yet so I must be right at the cutoff of production for today. Looks like there's progress! I am absolutely crossing my fingers that I will see it mid September!
What email or phone number are you guys using to get status?
go to the contact us page on the indian website..put all your info in and they will reach out or just call the number they have listed
