I figured it would be nice to see when people are ordering bikes and how long it's taking. We do this kind of thing in the hellcat forums too, which is why I wonder why it hasn't been done? List your order dates and update your post if you get the bike delivered or receive an update.

Ordered:
Challenger Dark Horse Icon late April.
Edit: lol, dude at indian emailed me saying he talked to the floor and got them to bump my build up asap, because it was supposed to be prioritized under these circumstances. I told him, but it's supposed to ship by 4 days from now, 7/31.... how is it still sitting there unfinished.
Edit: Just changed to built with firm ship date.

But I sort of put more stock in what the website says, since one would think that info is updated by an uninterested 3rd party that has to be getting some sort of "official" info before making changes.

Apparently the tracker website is more like a Domino’s Pizza tracker, They do not update it with precision/kind of for show…

Good point. It also drives a little bit of traffic to the site....folks that have already ordered stuf...so maybe something else will catch their eye. I tend to check the status a lot....otherwise I would probably never go to the site

I never took the black option that the dealer offered. Just going to wait on what I want and hopefully it gets built soon.

I guess I should feel good about my wait so far as compared to some of you... I have only been waiting 74 days and since I have time on my hands, I did a little figuring, so... 74 days is 6,393,600 seconds or 106,560 minutes or 1776 hours or 10 weeks but the real kicker, it is 20.27% of 2022.

Quick question:

Some people have contacted Indian Motorcycles directly, rather than going through the dealership... does anyone have that contact information available?

I haven't heard squat, or 'jack-sh*t' from my dealership, so I'd like to see where in the queue my bike is; currently says "Scheduled".

If you scroll to the bottom of the Indian website, you will find a quick link "Contact Us"
I used it and they responded with "what dealership did you purchase from"
I informed them what dealership and never heard from them again.
You options to contact are: Email or Call

I'm betting your dealership doesn't have any information to give. I know mine didn't, ordered May 14th.

Did you get that using the email address that I posted?

That's great news to hear...I ordered mine bike 5/13...so I hope I can expect something simular. However, based on a lot of other feedback in this thread, estimated shipping dates can and will change. Fingers crossed for both of us.

Another concern of mine is that your Scout Bobber has chrome parts....engine and pipes....so that might be why your getting some new news. My order is a Dark Horse, so who knows about my timing.

Yes sir I did, I sent them an email via their online applet. Was shocked that they contacted me within a couple hours.

Also, confirmed that the newer '22 bobbers are coming with chrome exhaust; most likely because waiting on black would mean a substantial wait time.

There was another Canadian on here who I saw had waited a substantial time for his bike. I'm not sure why there was an issue with his Canadian destination but you might want to ping Indian to make sure yours is in the next batch. I have a feeling they're lining up all of the Black Smoke bikes and going to push out a larger order of them mid-July. Can't hurt to ask right?

I ordered a Scout Bobber in Dec. Maroon Metallic Smoke, same as Ianw, he ordered 1-2 weeks before me

Update:
Ordered Challenger Dark horse Icon 3/14/22

Email from Polaris yesterday said it would ship at the end of August - beginning of September.

Roughly 6 months, about what I expected.
