Bike Order Master Tracking List
I figured it would be nice to see when people are ordering bikes and how long it's taking. We do this kind of thing in the hellcat forums too, which is why I wonder why it hasn't been done? List your order dates and update your post if you get the bike delivered or receive an update.
Ordered:
Challenger Dark Horse Icon late April.
Edit: lol, dude at indian emailed me saying he talked to the floor and got them to bump my build up asap, because it was supposed to be prioritized under these circumstances. I told him, but it's supposed to ship by 4 days from now, 7/31.... how is it still sitting there unfinished.
Edit: Just changed to built with firm ship date.

Thought I'd also send my communication with Owners Connect at Indian that I had today since I know a few folks in this thread have been waiting on CDH Icon's.
After connecting with the Production Team, my bike is anticipated to ship to the dealer "beginning of August".
Their reasoning is the Dark Horse exhaust paint delay, as well as other various shortages and increased demand, which others have shared before.
All of that said, I get that this very much is a first world problem, it's a want not a need, and I'm fine waiting a few extra months for what will likely be a bike I'll own for 10+ years.
However, I do think it's frustrating that I get more intel on new lead time from this forum and reddit than I do from Indian, and that there's prioritization being placed on new models. Like, how is the Challenger Elite going to be launched and shipped before my order that's been in the system for six months and it's virtually the same bike (at least in the parts that are seemingly causing the delay).
Anyways, just wanted to share new intel to the community. Safe riding all!

I ordered a Scout bobber in Dec 2021. I hope the exhaust comes in black but it is my understanding that all Scout’s now come with chrome exhaust.
How long did it take for Indian to reply to you?
I contacted them 7-8 days ago and still no reply.
They did text me the same day to ask what dealership I purchased at but no contact since.

I am fine waiting for what I want but the lack of information is borderline infuriating.
Indian official wed site is still saying 12+ weeks. REALLY!!
They need to be more forthcoming with Information.
Even if the parts shortages ended tomorrow, the log jam of orders will take a long time to process.
Bobbers were shipping with chrome for awhile but were apparently back to black when the paint shipment came in Rogues were always going to ship with black which is why they are waiting. Just got an email from the dealership. They have a black smoke scout bobber that someone backed out on. I can have that one if I want. It’s not Maroon metallic smoke but I can have it now. The estimate I am getting from the dealership is ship date of June 1 to June 30. Decisions decisions

In addition to what you are hearing from the dealer, does the website support what the dealer is saying? That does't make me feel too good. Mine at least has two green dots. Makes me wonder what the dealer is basing their estmated range on. I ordered my bike on 5/13, and the dealer verbally said "Late July/Early August". But I sort of put more stock in what the website says, since one would think that info is updated by an uninterested 3rd party that has to be getting some sort of "official" info before making changes.That’s what the website says and what it has said from the beginning
