Hello All,

I have a 2018 Roadmaster and the factory battery is just about dead after 2 years. I did not expect much more. Most factory batteries last about that long (or less)

I am looking for a replacement. Maybe a lithium?

Any suggestions?

THANKS

I’ve always bought Yuasa batteries off Amazon. They’ve had good reviews but this last one did not last. It was for my other bike that sat in the garage for long periods. Tried the trickle charger a few times but it finally gave up. I picked up a new Duracell this weekend from Batteries Plus near where I live. Time will tell how long this one will last.

I put a wicked start in mine. Just be aware, the starter on these bikes is not really robust. I had to have mine replaced a while ago. When it first started to go out, it acted just like the battery was going south. Put in the new battery, didn't ready help. Now with the new starter and new battery, it starts better than new!

I second the Duracell from Batteries Plus. Has a two year warranty. Also a Deka battery from Amazon is a great choice.
