hey all, have been considering what can be done to change the back look of the DH a bit, I love the front fender, but the back wheel covers off the fender I'm not sure if I'm a big fan of. Thoughts have ranged from removing the wheel covers to cutting some kind of design in, to "bobbering" the back fender a bit.....don't know so would like to see if anyone has experimented with this.

I think if you completely turn the Dark Horse into a Bobber it would killer. But half way will look goofy.

do some searching. I remember seeing a bobbed darkhorse and it looked pretty killer.

ya the halfway thing is what i'm worried about as well, i just love the front fender, can't imagine getting rid of it

That bike would look great with a small custom rear fender, small front fender, 21 front spoked and 18 rear spoked

get custom design cut into the sides of the fender. haven't seen anyone do that

Ive done it, not a custom design but significantly chopped up the front stock fender look at it in my avatar. Thats a 21 ridewright wheel under that fender
