Something to compete directly against Harleys' Low Rider S would be a killer 2nd bike!

And Indian already has a bike to compete with the low rider. It’s the scout. Being that the low rider is still a cruiser with usd forks.

The Harley to compete with the ftr is the bronx for next year.

The scout is too small to compete with the low rider.
I think it competes more with the sportster in size and price.
Obviously it is superior to the sportsters...

Which would be a naked challenger if they were going to more closely compete with a dyna

I'd wanted to write that Challenger have much longer wheelbase than Dyna, but... I was wrong. Challenger - 65.7', Dyna Fat Bob - 63.8', Dyna Low Rider - 64.2'.

I've got it from good sources that their next "move" is a middle weight..
Funny thing is, while the Scout is a smaller bike, it feels roomier than the HD middleweights, so beside weight and handling, it's feels like a bigger bike...
I venture to say that's why they didn't make one sooner....

I wish your source had a time frame. I hope it’s released before I die (or buy a Sport Glide)

Put the PP 108 in it or a punched out FTR motor...

They have one disk brake but tout “performance suspension”

It’s for the Harley buyer who thinks he is buying performance because that’s what Harley told them.

My buddy had one for a month last summer.

Might as well just buy the low rider s, better brakes, and larger engine.
