How many CFMs?

 

I'm not a mechanic with special tools, you can just tell when a engine isn't suffocating, just looking to see if anyone who has done it, has ran into any issues like error codes or such

 

Victory guys removed the rubber seal around the intake. Some felt it improve the power and sound. I took mine off. My butt-dyno couldn’t feel the difference but it didn’t hurt anything.

I have read on here several times of people removing the rubber seal from around the air filter below the tank to gain more air flow/more hp. Just wondering if you're talking about item #10 in the picture?

How does it it help to remove it? Is it constricting the airflow?

 

Pulled mine out along time ago. No issues, no codes, no noticeable performance boost.

 

I tried it removed
Did not feel any power increase
Maybe …..a bit more intake noise
You can visually inspect air filter when it is removed
