I have a 2020 challenger it seam to have oil leak under neath near oil filter area.
i wipe an road the bike twice still in the same area. The bike has less than 200 miles on it.
also I checked the torque on the oil filter and it’s ok. Any one has comments on this matter.

I would take it back to the dealer and let them figure it out. Maybe the filter itself had a bad seal ring who knows?

Most likely not a deal but, hey it's brand new. Take it back and have the dealer throw on a new oil filter. Should be at no cost. Keep us posted. I like the Challenger a lot, enjoy.
