Does anyone know what rubber cover, on the right side of the fairing is for. It’s located below the speaker, looks like a plug cover. Might be used for something on the Limited or DH, but is empty on the base model.
Thanks
Ok ok you guys are convincing me I am gonna order it.
I like how well thought out it is with removing the rubber plug and connect the wire and your done.
I've only used mine about 3 times, it's nice to have even at the price. BUT... pull into your driveway (out of traffic) then search for it! It's not easy to find. Maybe when I switch to fingerless gloves I may find it easier.
lol. I had no idea. I've found like 4 plugs on this thing. 2 under the seat. this one. the diagnostic one and the charger one. probably 10 more. 150 is steep!!
I reach and reach trying to find it, still haven’t mastered it without actually coming to a stop. But one of these days I’ll pull off the old “no stop garage door open”
I had trouble at first, but now it's easy. Just run your hand down the slope of the bottom of the fairing and it's right at the end of the inside corner. The door is up by the time I get to it.
I'll try that. One thing I did do is program both buttons to my door (1 car garage). That way no matter what button I hit I'm good.
