2015 Roadmaster starter troubles

I have a 2015 Roadmaster with some starter issues. I bought it last August with only 810 miles on it. Sitting just shy of 10K now. I started to throw the SPN 520262 FMI 4 code. This would come and go over the last few months. Then one day at work, it wouldn't start. I replaced the battery(sitting at 12.5 volts), and still nothing. Everything seems fine at first (all the lights come on), but when I hit the start button I hear a hollow click coming from under the seat. I can feel one of the relays trip. I've tried replacing the starter relay, and have even moved all of the relays, and still get the same issue. I've checked all of my grounds, I've even moved the power cable that runs along the brake lines, to even giving the starter a good whack with a rubber mallet.

I read somewhere on here that some of the 111's have had weak starters that needed replaced. May be your issue. Would definitely see what the codes are about. I have the service manual and will be happy to check tonight when I get back from work. Someone on here will likely beat me to it.

Thank you, but I'm not showing the codes anymore. Now everything is good until I try to start it.
Hit the starter button and see if there is voltage at the starter terminal, if there is voltage you need a starter. Remove the starter and google the part number and you will find cheaper aftermarket starters.
I had this same problem and found it was a battery connection. Strange part is the battery connections didn't feel loose. Removed all and after reinstalling battery it started and has started ever since.
There are known starter issues. Mine was but one of them. It acted funny, like the battery was dying for a few months and was told it was everything in the world but the starter, alignment of the planets, mating habits of penguins, &c. Then one day, I went to start it to get on the ferry and a big puff of smoke came out and I couldn't put it back in. A 60 mile tow later, I had a shiny new starter.
