Occasionally when I throttle up from a stop, the throttle will hiss and will actually stall out. Tonight I stalled out in front of on coming traffic when turning left. I have a 2017 Chieftain, Stage I and II ... Any ideas?

Have a Scout, not a fan of throttle by wire at all...assume one would need to ride an older bike to get away from it ...
