OK... I KNOW that this subject has been darn near beat to death, But I have to ask, because my OCD will not let me cut any wires on my bike before I am positive I am not making a mistake. I have ALL the soldering tools, Heat shrink solder connections, heat shrink tubing. I purchased a...
Just added the hogworkz led lights to my vintage here are some pictures. The light focus is great
First image is low beam headlight only
Second is high been headlight only
Third is high beam headlight and driving lights on
I recently traded in my 2020 Scout for a Springfield so I am selling the accessories that I had on the Scout.
I prefer PayPal for payment.
I am located in Dickson City, Pa 18519.
Please message me if you are interested in the exhaust.
My Scout only had 644 miles on it so the exhaust is like new...
One of my 35w bulbs in my aux lights burned out and I've got some LEDs laying around. They are 40w. Will the extra bit of wattage cause to much of a drain on my battery or should it be ok, anyone know?
I have an "Instrument Panel" LED on my Roadmaster (2016) that does not work. it is the light of the fuel indicator.
I disassembled the Instrument Panel and when I had it on my work table I stopped because I asked myself many questions:
- Is the LED replaceable?
- Is the chassis hermetically...
Has anyone been successful with this? The Denali fork tube brackets are definitely too lightweight for this and I'm returning them. I'm thinking of taking a ride to Twisted Throttle and/or Cycle Gear to see what they might have on the wall. Also thinking Memphis Shades Turn Signal Relocation...
I purchased these lights (Headlight & Driving lights) for my 2014 Chieftain
The headlight was plug and play and seems to run without issue. When I connect the driving lights though, they do not come on at all. I've read...
I saw a video on YouTube of a LED kit under the tank of a cruiser/tour bike. It was a single strip light (one on each side) that pulsed back and forth from the middle out, chased, flashed, knight rider effect, etc.
I cannot for the life of find that video again or the lights.
Does anyone have...
I did my first modificatiuon to my new roadmaster.
I installed a Joe Florida light kit. I opted for the 288 PRO light kit for $439 I know this is expensive compared to most LED light kits BUT the PRO series has a great safety feature that I think is worth it.
You can have the...
While at bike week last we I bought and LED lighting system to give the Blue Goose some lighting bling. My question would be is since this systems is attached to the battery and knowing how Indian runs everything through the ECM will I be safe attaching this to my beautiful bike. The system is...
I'm attempting to install Rizoma Club S lights. I'm following this article
Long-Term Indian Scout: Rear Fender Modification
I need help with wiring up factory lights to those lights. I don't think I need a module. I believe I can make them work with relays. What do you guys think?
I have 6...
I despise the lights on my Chieftain. They are weak and can be outridden an night at even moderate speeds. I had the factory LED light kit done, and they are no better. I love the light on my Victory Cross Country. Had the HID lights put in and they are Amazing. Are there any HID lights...
I saw one of these on a Chieftan Darkhorse at our local Madison Indian Dealer and picked up and installed one.
Cyron The Beast 4000 lumen led with long throw pattern.
It was a simple drop in install once I had the nacelle off, though there is an extra wire for daytime running lights that you...
Purchased for $400, decided to go with an aftermarket light. In great shape, no scratches and works perfectly. About six months old. If you want LED and want to keep your bike "All Indian" with OEM this is about your only choice.
$225 shipped anywhere in the US, foreign shipping at actual cost.
Upgrades so far:
- Black LED headlight and driving lights (Chinese made, still much brighter than stock)
- Klockwerks tinted flare 12" windshield
- Polk DB521 speakers with BoomMats
- Black carbon fiber fender and saddlebag trim (just bought the rolls from an auto parts store; about $35)
Indian OEM part number 2412961. Factory retail is $389! Removed from a Roadmaster with 1200 miles on it. I bought an expensive replacement that I prefer. I understand that the Chiefs don't have an LED headlamp, so you may want the OEM upgrade.
$100 plus shipping.
The OEM uses the same mounting...
I'm into being seen by the door slamming, cell phone junky, knuckleheads, BEFORE they ram into me from behind. How about finding an auxiliary lamp assembly that fits in the rectangular space below the trunk, above the tail light? At 9.75" x 1.5" it's the perfect place for a nice bright LED...
