drain plug stripped

    I put the oil drain plug with crush washer in and went to tighten and it just spins. It won't tighten down. I tried to back it out and it just spins. Any advice?

    Well damn. Oil change was going good, until I was torquing up the bolts. I had read there was a slight problem with stripping, so set my torque wrench to 14 instead of 15.
