Just came across this motor that was used on an air compressor. Based on the serial numbers the crankcase is a 1917 Standard (Powerplus) 61", but I don't recognize the cylinders. Anybody know where the cylinders came from?

Hey I had a hard time finding exhaust pipes for this bike, So I made one myself. its a proper 2-1 and I'm loving it. Does everything a good 2-1 should do. I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, and if so I could potentially make a small run of these pipes for others.
Just dropping the comment here because of the frustration I had finding a cable when mine snapped.
16" apes on a 14 Chief Vintage required a
74-1/4" cable from Barnett. It fits perfectly.
I also zip cut a small piece off the sides of a ferrule at the engine end of the cable so I did NOT...
Weird issue started a few weeks ago, but I wasn't able to identify what was going on until yesterday. I have a kuryakyn road thunder bluetooth speaker, and it has worked fine for about a year and a half. Lately, the power was cutting out, and it seems to have gotten worse this weekend. I don't...
I am hoping someone here can assist me in learning which 2016 (14-17) chief models came with real CHROME brake and clutch levers VS the unplated aluminum ones that are on most models. I have a 2016 Chief Dark Horse and everything on the bike is either black or chrome so to me the unplated...
Hi all - I recently bought a 2014 Indian Chief Vintage with the 116 kit. I have seen a lot of posts on jacking but not with a scissor jack (like link below). Is there a trick to not pinching where the cable runs underneath?
Hi! I'm having some battery drain problems with my Chief Vintage (model year 2018 and about 5000 miles on the clock). The bike is draining battery while sitting still and especially while driving it.
With a fully charged battery, the bike runs for about 25 miles before voltage drops too low and...

Was really grateful for all the information in this forum, so I thought I would post my results in case it helps anyone else. I did not make a "before" video, but there are plenty on this site if you want to hear the stock 111. However, I had the dealer install the high flow AC and Oval stage...
would it be possible to modify the indian brand armrests to fit my indian brand backrest on my ‘15 Vintage Chief? The dealership wanted to sell me the trunk but it is already overpriced (plus the whole spool issue) just buying the armrests and pads is like $500. My wife wants the cup holder...
Is there an alternative to replacing the speedometer for a defective LED. I rarely ride at night and would like to avoid the cost and odometer mileage reset issue. Has anyone found a battery operated cowling or external LED that could be used to see at night? You know, maybe something magnetic...
I just bought a 2017 Vintage without a windshield. A friend has the original windshield off of his Vintage. I'm confused about exactly what mounting hardware I need to get so that I can use the pre-owned windshield. Can anyone help me with part numbers and sources? Thanks
Hey Guys, Looking for some help with our barn find. It is a 1948 Indian Chief that was in a collapsed barn. We have the title. Bike has rust as it's been buried in rotted wood for the last 20 years. But no dents, guage cluster still intact, we have all the parts except for the heads and the gas...
