      Also another question would this work better? It's a 25 watt solar panel charger/ tender I could get away with using it? 25 Watt Solar Panel
      
      
      So if I use a batter tender to charge this battery by taking it out. Put the battery back in the bike then use the 25 watt solar panel would this solve my issue without taking the battery out

      I tried the Battery Tender Jr Solar Charger when I was in Germany. My main issue was that I never got enough sun in the winter months to charge the battery. I had pretty much the same setup as you, and I ended up pulling the battery and plugging it into a charger in my storage room.
