I suggest liberal application of WD-40, followed by a period of waiting. If it doesn't pop loose easily, find a heat gun and repeat.
Also, if you are using a Torx wrench socket, after applying the WD-40, set the socket wrench in place and give it 2 or 3 sharp taps with a hammer before twisting.
Here is a set of cheap Torx wrench sockets. As much as I detest cheap tools, I have found Harbor Freight to have decent stuff for motorcycle wrenching.
