I don't have the option of storage, or covered parking where I am living at, and as such, my bike was covered in snow this morning. I put a tarp on it, but didn't do a super job I guess since the wind shifted it around a lot.

The bike won't start, but the fuel injection works.

    Am I f'd?

The wind whipping around the tarp will probably do more damage to the bike than the snow that is already on it!
A battery tender and warmer weather could help with the starting later on?

Cool. Thank you. I live in Virginia, and this is a freak snowstorm. Probably the only snow we'll get. I rode the bike yesterday. Probably won't need the BT, but the warmer air will definitely help with getting her started.

A Walmart battery tender goes a long ways in the winter months. I'm in NC, we got hit with snow too. No riding for me this weekend. Feeling you pain.

Well, in NC we had forecast warning about the snow storm coming in from TV, radio, cell phone, newspaper, FB, Twitter and all other media in the past 60 hours. We have even state of emergency since yesterday.
Just saying, you should see that coming. Anyway, ask a fried who has a warm garage to store it, if you have this option, otherwise wait till the spring :)

    lol.

I hear you. If snow is in the forcast they close schools down in NC. I grew up in upsate NY, the snow had to be 6 ft tall before they would think of closing down the schools.

Really? Your advice is to put it away for the entire winter, and wait until spring because we got snow in an area that normally doesn't get snow?

I'm headed to the beach for tacos and some surfing. Wish the bike had a board rack on it
