My name is Philip, I work for VerticalScope.com. VerticalScope recently acquired indianmotorcycles.net and will be taking over the management duties of the forum. Your familiar moderator and admin team will be the same people helping with the day to day forum management. We will primarily manage the technical functions of the site and support the mod team. Maintaining continuity as well as the spirit of the site is important to us. This means that little about the site will change for you the user while we continue to grow the community.

Over the next few days you will notice my team mates Helena and Kyle who will be helping me with the site announcements as well as members of our support team (they will introduce themselves in the site issues section). While we get to know the landscape of the forum and how things work we will be on hand to answer questions and get to know the unique needs of this community.

I will be working closely with the Admin/Mod team on ways we can help improve the order of things here and raise the level of your experience on indianmotorcycles.net.

If you have questions please let me know, I will do my best to answer you all as quickly and thoroughly as I can.

    -Philip

Welcome to Philip, Helena and Kyle, and welcome to Verticalscope! I'm going along with the forums in the changeover, and I'll be staying here to help as I always have been. Our goal is to maintain the same sense of community that this group has become known for. If we do it right, you won't notice anything but some new names (and at least one familar one). As Philip said, don't hesitate to let one of us know if you have any questions or concerns. We're here to keep communications open, and daily operation of the forum what you've all come to know.

Do you have a link to any threads where this was discussed? I just arrived officially so any help in locating ongoing issues so we can fix them is appreciated.

...so you're going to make this a better site? I already think this is an awesome forum and my Girlfriend thinks I spend WAY TOO MUCH time on here. She's going to be pissed, LOL. Welcome Verticalscope and the team of Philip, Helena, and Kyle. Thank you WERA689 and to all the Administrators for the Great Job you've done with this site!

    link is in a conversation

but it just shows an error when i try to send it you. here was the reply I got in march 2016
"The user map is not the best, but it is the best we have to work with. Sorry." Understood the reply One of the map features is show my location...well its not Wichita. Look at the components and see what happens when you try to change location, there is little clues (no drop down list or "f"f key handrail)as whether to enter a zip code or town and state. Appreciate your concern.Hank

    Thanks!

Me personally, not yet. This has been an ongoing conversation with my wife who did ride for years. We have plans to get bikes but after we pay off our wedding... there is a great deal of people in the office who ride.

WERA689 and all the rest of the Mod/Admin team is still here to help the same as always.

The site was acquired by us from another big business.
