Is it the bridge or California that's being demolished? Either way, hope it gets fixed soon. Mexico is really concerned. Just saying...

I have. Just look at the freeway ..........I - 80..........going out of Reno to CA. Its like a superhighway that suddenly becomes third world real fast. Better yet, what is up with the trash.......clothing, paper, cans, bottles, all over the bay area? Excuses by residents are that the governor is spending highway money on sanctuary city issues. They seem justified that it is so. Don't get me wrong here, I like CA but its not the same it was in the 60's or 70's for sure. Probably the nicest weather ever is around Santa Maria to live in. I guess everyone came out there in the 60's and 70's and basically ruined it in a way (?)

Another good-intended informational post gets turned into a California bashing thread. So predictable ... yawn.

Californians talks environment, but feel "ENTITLED" to throw their garbage where ever they can and scream discrimination if you do not like it. Besides, Governor Brown says it promotes jobs to where they go out and survey why they need Federal funds to clean up their PIG PIN.

Well let us not get off track here. That highway is absolutely beautiful and is always features in Rand McNally Road Atlas's and other highway map atlas's. A lot of people plan trips just to travel this scenic road

Been here for near sixty years and every year it gets worse. But, as for the folks who migrated here from other states in the United States. Will Rogers said it best. The IQ of the state they left and the one they moved to - went up. ;) Kidding with ya!

CA and the West Coast have all become to >>> for me. To many Entitled people, corporations, Actors. Last time I was out in CA was the end of Viet Nam. Pretty Country Side at that time if I remember right but there isn't much I am missing now. Not wanting to Bash or discredit many of the fine folks out there but ....
