Where have you been and how are you doing-- don't see many posts from you anymore… Upgraded to a Chieftain DH a couple weeks ago from the Scout. Too modern for your tastes (I love your Vintage), but I do love it! How is the new business going. Long ashes-- had any good sticks lately?

Hi Dennis, thanks for checking in! Been crazy busy, work, kids, beach, etc etc. Haven't ridden much, either... Continuing to enjoy the Avos, although had a White Series Monte Cristo the other day which was delicious. Meggie

      Hi Meggie
I would like to ask you if there is a air cleaner for the Scout , I searched for it but unfortunately no results .

A bunch. We used a home-built K&N one. Trask comes to mind. I just saw a thread on it somewhere here.

      Hey Meggie,
Question. Im going to invest in a go pro for rides. I borrowed a friends to try it out, yet the rig up i used(side near leg) was a bit too gerrymandered for me. Have you guys even come across this issue on your rides? I dont dig saddle bags on bikes much but want to shoot while im out. Hope things are well thanks for heads up on big tex indian as well!

Hi there. Frankly, we gave up on Go Pro on our bikes. When we shoot riding, it's bu hooking up a real camera to another bike, pointed at us. I've seen them on the handlebar in different positions, engine guards, chest, helmet. Not a huge fan of go pro mounts, even for go pro, so we invested in an extension arm from Manfrotto. Hope this helps. Meggie

Thank you for posting a pic of the Napolean bar end mirrors. These were high on my list of mirror options, but wasn't sure until I saw the pic. Very nice classic look.

      Hi Meggie,
Can I get back to you next week about the sissy bar and exhaust - If you still have them. Have to see if I can swing it seeing as I bought the Scout for Christmas. Do you have any idea what shipping would be (15068) and which payment you would prefer?
      Thx, Larry

Absolutely. They are not for sale, so they'll still be here. I'll try to estimate shipping for you. PayPal is best, but whatever works for you.

HI Meggie! I am in love with your willow green vintage. I hope you will take this as a form of flattery and don't get offended, but I am about to purchase a 2017 willow green vintage and would like to get it looking as close to your bike as possible.

      Hi Meggie,
I noticed your recent post regarding you not having much to add to the forum lately. I just wanted you to know that I have always enjoyed your pictures and your postings, and I hope you continue to contribute when you can. For whatever it's worth....I'm a fan.

      For the front forks?
      1. Meggie
        Meggie
Yes. Waiting for their Road & Track forks to be offered for our bikes. Had them on a couple of bikes, nothing comes close, plus they're adjustable.

Meggie-- have you redone your front forks on the scout? If so, progressive or non-prog springs?
      1. Meggie
        Meggie
Nothing yet. If I don't get Ohlins it would be Progressives.

      Hi Meggie,
I just got a "404 Page Not Found" error while trying to access the prints using the attached link (on your "Prints Available" thread). Maybe it's just me, but thought you'd like to know.

Hello Meggie, I am a new owner of a 2016 Indian Springfield. What a bike!!!!! I've been riding about 54 years and have had several bikes but this Indian is excellent in many ways. Enzo suggested I speak to you about something. I was asking him whether the Dobeck EJK or the Power Commander 5 was best. He said you knew a lot about the Power Commander. Thanks. Tim (also known as Big Wampum. PS - I live in PA.

Hey Tim. As long as you can find a great technician, the PC5 is the way to go in my opinion. The auto-tuners like the Dobeck can't get the fine tuning of each cylinder along the RPM range. Key is finding the right shop. Where are you in Pa?
